On Friday, September 11 a "911 Memorial Revival Service" was held at Council City Park. The service was held at 6:30 p.m. and was a time for all citizens to unite and pray for our country. The service began with music, provided by Reuben and Kim Boss, followed by a short message from Minister Lorraine Bennett of "One Shepherd Inreach Ministry." The City Council held their regular meeting on Monday, September 14 with all council members in attendance. Topics included updates on city events, the wastewater facility plan, ordinances related to dogs and pets and a new website for the city. A public meeting about the wastewater facility plan was approved to the schedule for 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 13. Kamiah and Council have both been quality programs the last several years with a physical, defensive mindset.
